In Bangladesh women are facilitated with a little resources and scopes. Not only that, a woman faces various types of discrimination while working alongside with man. Hence, Al Manahil thinks it is better if we can facilitate woman with proper resources so that they can start their own business. As a result, the idea of providing sewing machine to woman has been emerged. Bangladesh has a large textile industry and stitching garments is one job that is valued in Bangladesh. By providing women in need with sewing machines and training we can empower them to support themselves.
