ORPHAN HOME PROJECT
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “SADAQAH EXTINGUISHES SIN AS WATER EXTINGUISHES FIRE”
Our Mission
Restoring Dignity Through
Safe Shelter
Imagine losing your safety, comfort, and dignity all at once. For thousands
of orphans and widows in Bangladesh, this is a harsh reality. Nights spent
under the open sky, vulnerable to the elements and danger.
Al Manahil Welfare Foundation is changing this narrative. We don’t just build
structures; we build homes . Each house is a sanctuary designed by expert
engineers to provide security, privacy, and hope.
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“Allah said: ‘O son of Adam, spend, and I will spend on you.'”
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله – صلى الله عليه وسلم – قال : ( قال الله : أَنْفِق يا ابن آدم أُنْفِق عليك )

A New Beginning for Fatima’s Family
When the floods swept through Sunamganj, Fatima’s family lost everything. Their small tin-shed home was washed away in minutes. For months, they lived in a makeshift tent on a roadside embankment, exposed to the harsh elements.
“We had no privacy, no safety. My children were getting sick from the cold dampground,” recalls her mother, Sumaiya.
Thanks to your generous donations, Al Manahil was able to construct a sturdy, raised brick home for them. Now, they have a safe roof over their heads, a sanitary latrine, and a small veranda where Fatima studies for school.
