Zakat
The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said: “Charity does not in any way decrease the wealth and the servant who forgives, Allah adds to his respect; and the one who shows humility, Allah elevates him in the estimation (of the people).” (Muslim)

Zakat is one of the five pillars of Islam and plays a vital role in establishing social and economic balance. It is a religious obligation and has been made compulsory for Muslims. By giving Zakat, wealth is fairly distributed between the rich and the poor, ensuring social equality. Zakat plays a significant role in poverty alleviation.
Allah has made Zakat obligatory for wealthy believers. Through Zakat, He purifies both their wealth and their souls. Zakat is the right of the poor, and it must reach them. It is not an act of charity but rather a responsibility given by Allah to every believer. With this sense of duty, Al Manahil Welfare Foundation has been working tirelessly to ensure that the rightful recipients receive their share of Zakat. Because of this dedication, countless people from around the world trust Al Manahil Welfare Foundation as a reliable platform for giving Zakat.
Allah says:
“Indeed, those who believe, do righteous deeds, establish prayer, and give Zakat – their reward is with their Lord. They will have no fear, nor will they grieve.”
📖 (Surah Al-Baqarah: 277)
Besides this verse, there are many other verses and hadiths that emphasize the importance of giving Zakat and warn against its negligence. Therefore, every believer should give Zakat to purify themselves and their wealth.
